Weep Port for Camper Floor

I recently encountered some rot issues in my camper's floor so decided that while replacing the rotten floor I'd add some method to make sure I could easily drain standing water from hard-to-reach areas of the floor (under cabinetry). This weep port is designed to fit through a 3/8" hole with a 1" top flange that can be counter-sunk to blend in seamlessly with the surrounding floor. A flange nut threads into the bottom of the bolt, sandwiching the floor securely, followed by a threaded wingnut cap to keep critters out and debris from accumulating. While the flange nut features a hex bolt head, it's not intended to be tightened down excessively tight - finger snug is probably sufficient, with maybe just a bit more torque if needed.
