Weep Port for Camper Floor

I recently had some rot issues in my camper floor so decided that while replacing the rotten floor I'd add some method to make sure I could easily drain standing water from hard to reach areas of the floor (under cabinetry). This weep port is designed to fit through a 3/8" hole with a 1" top flange that can be counter-sunk to be flush with the surrounding floor. There is a flange nut that threads into the bottom of the bolt to sandwich the floor followed by a threaded wingnut cap to keep critters out. While the flange nut has a hex bolt head, this is not designed to be tightened down too tight. Finger snug w/ maybe a little bit more should probably be sufficient.
