To obtain the desired item, download, slice, and print using Cura with "joris" enabled in expert settings at a low resolution of 0.25mm layer height. Key features include an outer wall of 1mm, nozzle size of 0.8mm, bottom thickness of 1.2mm, and no top layer. The print time is approximately 23 minutes and 57 seconds.
