Here I list all the hacks that do not require 3D printed parts. 1) The fender is pretty ugly and also covers the service access to the hotend and leveling sensor, so I removed it. However, since the guard plate also serves as a limit stop for the Z axis limit stop switch, part of it must remain. If you have tin snips, you can also simply cut the existing sheet metal to size. 2) Hotend/bed leveling sensor cable routing is very rigid and can lead to problems. I removed the black sheathing and used a more flexible material. Also, the hall sensor cable is only attached with cable ties.
