I design sliding lid boxes to store my dentist tools, specifically the one I use for weeding vinyl. Although it's not fully child-proof, you can secure the tool with 10mm diameter, 1mm thick magnets so it doesn't fall out even if the lid is opened. You can download two versions of the lid: one with a sharp tool warning sign and another without. You'll also find a Silhouette Studio file here to create your own template or sticker for the warning sign.
