I created a weeble in Alibre Design PE as a challenge and to familiarize myself with plane-based modeling. To add weight, pause your 3D printer or adjust it manually; use low melt alloy or a 5mm lead shot within the 5mm diameter, 7mm deep void. The UP! printer requires two webbles or an additional print on the opposite platform corner for proper mass placement.
