Wedge Jack

I like jJailcee W-Jack design; however, it did not allow the components to hold together as one unit. This model is designed for a 4mm x 35 long hex head screw and nut. First, slide the larger wedge into the body and press it up to sit in its max position to assemble the model. Next, insert the 4mm nut into the smaller wedge, and slide the wedge into the body while aligning the guides. One point to mention is that the travel is restricted slightly from iJailcee W-Jack but suits the projects I have in mind. Enjoy. Print Settings Printer: Ender 3v 2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 70% Filament: N/A PLA Blue, Notes: I printed the Body and the Smaller wedge so the holes would ascend on the z-axis. The larger wedge was printed with the face against the hotbed. How I Designed This =================== Measured up the jJailcee and created it in FreeCad Category: Tools
