These wedge-shaped, stackable boxes boast a protective lid suitable for display purposes. Ideal for transporting and showcasing small items during an event outside Fablab Enschede, the lids can be made of transparent acrylic to safeguard contents from harsh weather conditions. Customizable with text or images, the lids fit securely atop boxes featuring male and female connectors for convenient stacking. Measuring 297 x 297 x 80/41 mm in size, each box is crafted from 6-millimeter thick plywood and cut using a 60-watt Trotec laser at Fablab Enschede. The design is the brainchild of Wout Zweers, whose website can be found at www.woutzweers.nl; Fablab Enschede's site can be accessed via www.fablabenschede.nl. For optimal cutting results, utilize a 60-W Trotec Laser Speedy 300 at Fablab Enschede and Rhino 3D software. Secure the parts using PVA wood glue for a polished finish.
