My gold wedding ring keeps getting damaged when I work, so I decided to design this as a disposable alternative. To my surprise, it isn't as disposable as I thought - it holds up remarkably well to rough handling. I've printed these in many different color combinations and various sizes for my family members. My wife is 79% scale, and it takes surprisingly little filament, making it a fun and quick print. I recommend adding some glue between the three pieces, although they do stay together fairly well without it.
