This is not a last-minute project, start your project at least a month before you need it! Weight 88 grams (complete). Don't sell, check the patent situation first. Also, it's uncool to buy 'homemade' things for your girl. Better to make it yourself. There is a mass-produced version available for sale. This is not the production data of the mass production; I'm not the producer. This data has less quality and precision. This STL data is designed for FDM printing and not molding. How to Make: Print as shown, do not rotate in slicer. There are two versions: one with relief for paint and one without relief for stickers. core 1 piece: Use the unsplit version. Print without support; the inside must not have any support material. Check for good printbed adhesion. Clean the small holes to a diameter of 3mm. Come with an M3 long screw from outside through a 3mm hole, insert from inside an M3 nylock nut and pull the nut into position. Do this with all six nuts. Split version: I do not recommend printing it. At the outside, there is an alignment marker for rotation. Insert nylock nuts first, then glue. mid 6 pieces: No problem. Maybe print with support for the inner hole. corner 12 pieces: Use the unsplit version. Print with support! edge 8 pieces: Check for good printbed adhesion. Print one piece at a time. Maybe it will come loose from the printbed because of its small footprint. After 5mm printing, stabilize additionally with glue. If more problems occur, print the first 10mm with support material. Clean all pieces from blobs and sharp edges. Sandpaper them. Final assembly: Lubricate the mid with vaseline, inside only. Screw four mid pieces around the corner sphere. Assemble a square on your tabletop (face side to table): four edge pieces, four corner pieces, one mid piece with screw. Put the core into it, close the screw from underneath. Put it into the four corners. Assemble another square on the tabletop, add from top. Close all six screws until they are tight. Then open 1/2 turn to all screws and check if everything works. If necessary, open 1/4 turn to all screws and so on. Paint it or stick stickers onto it. I have added dxf raw files for stickers, but I cannot work with dxf files. Lubricate with vaseline. How to generate from OpenSCAD: Select one of the pieces and render [F6]. Rendering takes 10 minutes each. Export/import STL to slicer, split all pieces. Delete any unneeded pieces and particles around. Key words for the speech of the father-in-law to the wedding party: Love is a puzzle that is not easily understood. Those who do not understand it find it boring. Love needs patience Love is daily work Love starts again every time Love must be mobile. If the parts are screwed together too tightly, they will not fulfill their tasks. Love must be faithful. When a part goes away, everything falls apart. Love has a core that is hidden. What lovers agree with each other does not matter. Love has many sides. Sometimes it's pink, sometimes it's colorless. If you look from the other side, but there is color at the same time. If you play meaningless games with love, you bring them into disarray and need a lot of patience to rearrange them. Love is the service to the other. No part has priority; all parts must cooperate so that the sense is fulfilled. Not I am important. Important is looking after the other; the other must not be damaged.
