Wedding Favor Ornaments-Multiple STLs!

Wedding Favor Ornaments-Multiple STLs!

thingiverse

This project involves creating 200 unique wedding favor ornaments, each with a distinctive name similar to prayer intentions. The user didn't want to create all manually, so they received assistance from Arthur C. Shaw III who created a command-line Python program that generates all 200 without any intervention. All the necessary files, including a specialized font, are included in the provided zip file. The process involves extruding an SVG from ImagesByHeatherM and adding a backing, sandwiching them together in Tinkercad. OpenSCAD is used with an STL to module converter, while write.scad tool is employed for creating a script-like font. A Python script is then run using the weddinglist.txt file for generating 200 STL files. The user expresses gratitude for the assistance received and highlights the uniqueness of this project that could only be achieved with a 3D printer, imagining the difficulty in making 200 molds manually.
