Autodesk Inventor Professional 2015 is a powerful design software, while the Webley revolver Mark 4, chambered for .38 S&W cartridge, was officially adopted for military service in 1942. Developed by Webley & Scott in 1923 as a scaled-down version of the .455 Mark 6 revolver, this gun was initially intended for police use but remained in official service until 1963. The British .38/200 ammunition used with these guns was based on early blackpowder .38 Smith & Wesson cartridge and featured a heavy 200 grain bullet, leaving the muzzle at relatively slow velocities of about 198 meters per second (650 feet per second).
