Weber iGrill3 Case

Weber iGrill3 Case

thingiverse

I picked up a Weber iGrill3 and discovered that the battery box, cables, and sensors were always getting in my way when I used it for indoor cooking, so I decided to design a custom case for it. When the iGrill3 is encased in this housing, you can still access the battery area at the bottom, which is why I'll be keeping mine in this configuration from now on. The holes in the back of the case are designed to store the sensors neatly out of the way. To close the cover, I used a double-sided sticky tape that works perfectly for me. I printed the two parts of the case using my Creality CR-10-S-Pro with a 0.6mm nozzle, and it was a breeze. I've included two code files: one for use with a 0.4mm nozzle and one for the 0.6mm nozzle that I used. The step-by-step instructions and STL file are also attached.
