I'm meticulously restoring a fantastic Weber Genesis Silver B grill that I purchased on Craigslist and gave a thorough refurbishment. The tiny axle caps snapped when I took the grill apart, so I designed a replacement cap in Fusion 360. It's a snug slip fit meant to be securely bonded with super glue. I printed it using some high-quality black PETG from MG Chemicals at a precise .2mm resolution. The results are impressive!
