Weber Genesis Igniter Cap
thingiverse
This is a cap for the Weber ignition box used on the Weber Genesis E325S. Mine was missing when I bought the grill and instead of calling 1000 people I designed and printed one myself. There was this other thing on cults: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/lacehim that I also printed but my newer "Quikliter" box seems to be a different model and needs a larger shaft on the cap. The part number of the ignition box should be: 69640 The full module is called Weber Ignition Module 4 Output Genesis 20. I printed it with PLA. The Minus sign on the top of the cap helps aligning the battery. I used a random screw that I had lying around and screwed it in the top from the inside. Originally, I wanted to attach the cable there and then line it down onto the screw because I don't have the original spring that is usually in the cap to connect the poles. As you can see on the pictures, I used the cable directly on the pole and taped it in place. The screw in the lid helps applying some pressure so that it stays in place.
