Weber BBQ Igniter Cap
cults3d
The cap disintegrated on my Weber Spirit E310 Gas Barbecue. I didn't have time to order one (they are $10 online) so I grabbed a pair of pliers and pulled out the spring from inside. Modeled a new cap, did a few test fits for the thread and put the spring inside with a new screw to hold it in place. I used a short stubby M5 nut. The cap has + in the end as it's the positive end of the batter pointing towards the cap. Print in 100um/0.1 layer height, I printed in PETG, worked perfectly with the thread. I was back BBQing in a few hours, rather than a few weeks.
