Webcam holder (Logitech C270) for Prusa i3 MK2 with cable chain
myminifactory
This webcam mount is specifically designed for a Logitech C270 to be attached to the right X-axis carriage of a Prusa i3 MK2(s). The design does not require any modifications to the printer, making it plug-and-play through an existing hole in the carriage. I drew inspiration from derfred's original idea. To secure the Logitech to the mount, you can use its original screw, while the lower clip simply clips onto the frame. I used cable chains with 19 links, designed by Aaron Yourk, which can be found on Tinkercad. To achieve the desired bending, it is essential to alternate their orientation as shown in the pictures. Due to the proximity of the nozzle and camera, the Logitech C270's focus needs to be adjusted. I achieved this by using TheChrisP's focus ring. While the design is tailored for a Logitech C270, other cameras can also be used with slight modifications, as only the camera holder is affected by different webcam mounts.
