I'm going to create a webcam cover for an HP HD 2300 model. It needs to be accurate, but I might have to add some tape to the back to get a tighter fit. The holes are 3mm apart, so I'll use a skewer to make it work fine and keep my privacy real. If you make one, please post it - that's the best reward for me!
