The WeaverModifier unleashes Realtime topology based weaving geometry. It functions on a variety of polygon types including tris/quads/N-gons. Two Weaving options are at your fingertips. For the most efficient use, utilize this tool on EditablePoly objects. Update: Weaver v2 has just arrived: Double Strokes introduces gap width parameterization. Plus you can specify each stroke direction. And as a bonus, you have separate settings for tris/N-gons too. Flow Twist comes with optional parameters per direction and averages the connection widths for an even flow despite uneven weaving geometry. The user gets to manually adjust the flow control on quad polygons by editing their triangulation. Variability mode activates all three Weaving options simultaneously for numerous mesh variant creations. The WeaverModifier is compatible with 3dsMax starting from v2018.1. Installation: In the main toolbar, access the scripting option then select Install Max Creating Graph (.mcg) file - locate Weaver.mcg - done!
