This design is perfect for outdoor venting boxes or even wet indoor environments. It works with or without a 60mm DC fan, although it was specifically designed to easily accept one. The grill is optional, but can be pressed into the threaded pipe where it will securely hold in place with super glue if desired. The pieces of this design have been carefully crafted to print without any sacrificial supports required - simply orient each piece properly on the bed and most 3D printers should do fine with no support needed. The O-ring measures 60mm in inner diameter by 66mm in outer diameter, and can be easily sourced from Amazon.com in the U.S. or elsewhere. Alternatively, you could use some silicone caulk if that's more convenient, although it would likely be messier and more permanent than an O-ring.
