What is it? This is a teaching tool for kids. This will allow them to check the weather each day and turn the arrow to the current weather. This is intended for younger children. The arrow slides on the shaft and the grey cone is threaded to screw on above it so the arrow does not get lost. The threaded screw does not lock the arrow in place. spinner is not made to be hung up vertical.
