Wearable sanitizer bracelet
thingiverse
This is a remix because the original design wasn't shared, so I redesigned this model from scratch entirely on my own. As a result, the idea and mechanics remain the same, but the dimensions might not be identical. I didn't have such a bottle cap handy (like in the original design), so I decided to change that up. The method of filling the bottle is now a small hole that can be sealed off by screwing in an M6 bolt. To my surprise, the model was airtight right from the start without any additional sealant (tape etc.). Simply screwing in the M6 bolt a bit was enough. I used the pump from a perfume sample for this remix. That means not the entire bracelet had to be filled with alcohol since the shorter hose couldn't reach it, which is why I separated the inside of the bracelet. The pump I used came equipped with a coupling, so I designed my model to match that. Recently, I found out that many perfume samples with little pumps use the same type of coupling. This remix has been tested by a family member who works in healthcare. Keep in mind that this model is for the right hand, and it can be made for the left hand by mirroring it in Cura. My family member preferred it that way so it wouldn't interfere while writing. Because of debugging, I had to cut off a part. This can be seen in the picture. If everything goes smoothly, this won't be necessary. As described above is my contribution; now I'm counting on you to finish this project for yourself! I sincerely hope that this model works as-is. I love this idea and hope everyone can make it work for themselves. I hope the only thing that needs modifying is the pump coupling or the dimensions for the arm.
