Update 17/2/2016Thanks go out to Maso27 for pointing out a crucial detail - the section above the ear needs to be more square in shape instead of rounded like the Storm Trooper helmet. You can make this adjustment yourself with some putty if you've already made or started making it, but I'll update the files for those who haven't. It's a minor detail, yet if you're striving for screen accuracy, it matters a lot :p. Update 16/2/2016The full helmet is now uploaded in one complete piece with a watermark added. Well, as short as Captain's time was on screen, he wore a pretty cool outfit. It took a while to get even close to being satisfied with the detailing on it... but even now I think it needs more, but at least what I learned from this I can apply to the storm trooper helmet, most notably the cheek texturing. Sizing and assembly instructions are included in the images. The pieces are cut to fit on a Replicator 2 or above print area. No parts exceed 20cm in width, no deeper than 14cm, and no parts exceed 14cm in height. There are 20 parts total, but only 18 are necessary. Parts 5 and 6 are optional visor inserts for display helmets. The sizing on this should fit most heads; I scaled it to be just slightly bigger than the Ep7 first order helmet.
