This pack of weapon options is specifically designed for 28mm scale German Sd. Kfz. 251 armoured half tracks. The models are tailored to fit the Warlord/Italeri kit, and users with other kits or 3D printed models will need to adjust for interior and exterior thickness of the width. The set was created to allow wargamers to utilize their Hanomags in multiple roles; however, it's essential not to glue the actual weapon to the model. The rear MG42 is a notable exception, as it can be securely attached. For the front weaponry, leave it free for easy swapping of different options. The pack includes various weapon systems: 1) The 251/1 features standard armament consisting of a front-mounted MMG with a small shield and a rear-mounted pintle MMG. I utilized MG mounts from Tiger Ace's excellent 1/100 model, scaled up and thickened them for durability. A small recess in the mount allows for easy removal and replacement of the weapon. 2) The 251/10 retains the same rear MMG setup as all models, incorporating Tiger Ace's Pak 36 model and a separate pivot system. This design enables a flat print surface for the gun, raising it slightly above the bullet splash plate on the frontal arc. 3) The 251/9 features a drop-in weapon system that can be easily swapped with other options. I cut out the gun from Bergman's 251/9 model and upscaled it to fit seamlessly into place. A support piece is glued into the recess on the bottom of the gun mount, securing it in position. 4) The 251/22 boasts an excellent Pak40 model courtesy of Alainkif, which I worked with to create a "drop-in" weapon system. 5) The Stuka vu Fuss, or ground stuka, was entirely my own creation. Please note that this model will only work on vehicles without side storage. The rack fits over the front and rear MMGs, and its design is evident in the print. Three rockets need to be printed for each side, with small "nubs" that fit into the rack. These are intended as guides rather than a secure locking system. To assemble this model, you will need to glue the rockets on individually, allowing them to set before adding more. It's essential to maintain a similar elevation level for all rockets.
