We Want You 2D Art with Frame ReMix
thingiverse
I created a frame based on TWDesign's picture and made some changes to give it more appeal. I added a red ring around the white background and a black top to make it stand out. The frame is 25mm thick, but I think that's a bit too thick in real life. If I were to print it again, I would probably scale it down to 10-15mm thick. You can still use the slicer if you only adjust the Z axis, but you'll need to figure out how to set the heights for each color band. I uploaded two files - one with Homer as part of the frame so you can print everything in one go. This would be useful if you want all the parts in one color or if you want Homer to match the ring. I stopped Homer 3mm from the top of the frame, so you can do the edge separately if you prefer. I also uploaded a separate file for just the frame, which you can print in two parts and glue together with Homer. The frame measures 250mm x 200mm x 25mm, and Homer fits either way - portrait or landscape - so you can glue him in whichever way suits your space best.
