.....when it comes to the manufacturing structure of our two vehicles, the first step we took was to find out how a vehicle can be manufactured efficiently and fully automatically using the simplest of means on a single 3D gantry machine.To do this, the rough, external structures were constructed differently than is usually done.We therefore cut the roughly produced vehicles open - into side walls, floors and roof sections. Only then did we try to determine the details.This affected the outer shell - the outer skin of our vehicles.In the next step, we are trying to find ways to manufacture the components produced in this way fully automatically - and also to stiffen and strengthen them - to form a double-wall structure.I have examined the long vehicle here - the BP tanker served as a model in its conception, although little data is available for it, it was a prototype on which many companies worked together, based on a truck chassis - the floor segment with the four wheel housings, the middle section.we can easily stiffen this segment - prepare it for further processing into a double-wall structure.So it works very well conceptually!step, igs, stl, jpeg
