....here we have something different: we want to try to build a car - but not in the way cars are usually built today!The reason for this investigation is: I want to know how a vehicle can be manufactured and assembled with little effort and only with a single machine, a 3D gantry machine.We only use sheet metal, welding and bending - in a way that is suitable for automatic production - and put the vehicle together in the basic configuration from just five parts:- two sides- a floor- a roof- a front apronAll parts are double-walled - connected by inserting them into one another.We have a kind of bonsai van (kei) here, i.e. a compact vehicle, a vehicle with long legs!We have 6 doors and a roller blind at the back, as the vehicle is intended to be a delivery vehicle, i.e. it delivers goods independently, without a driver.One special feature: the engine, the drive motor - is pushed into the vehicle from the front!we start with the basic design of a "cube" in the required dimensions and gradually cut the contours to suit our requirements.Construction and production therefore have nothing to do with each other - but ultimately result in a vehicle that can be manufactured very cheaply and quickly, but above all completely automatically!The intermediate stage would be when we have cut everything apart to produce the double walls.We have then reached a state that shows us whether the intended manufacturing process - the independent manufacturing process carried out by the machine itself - is really feasible!And that gives us the freedom to decide whether we want to continue down this path. And the estimate of how cost-effective we will be in the fully automated production of our vehicles!We see: it is a vehicle with wheel hub motors - an electric vehicle, but a real electric vehicle!we have no cable connections - we only have the transmission of electrical current, which the inline boxer motor generates linearly from water separation using a water separator and hydrogen cell - we have a plate floor and our own wheel suspensions: nothing more.we have not installed any conventional components in the development planning.and we can see very clearly that we can produce everything we need fully automatically with just one machine!goal achieved: in the first part!step, igs, stl
