this thing is a challenging print but the part itself works flawlessly for me. Not a single feeding issue! Only tried it in semi-auto though (german law). Its difficult to get it airtight with FDM printers. But you may have success with 100% infill, "exclusive tolerance" and ironing (cura setting) of the contact surfaces. Usually with FDM you only have one chance to get the valve into it. The delicate valve has a 9 x 0.5 mm threading - so it usually breaks if you overtighten it. I had immediate success with printing the main body part with a resin printer (Elegoo Saturn). Ideally print everything in resin and glue the parts together. For best results paint the final thing (UV protection and looks). - you will have to reuse some parts from the original magazine like the feeding lips and two of the steel bolts - for the magazine latch you need a 2.5 x 18 mm steel bolt (or something similar) - you need a standard ball pen spring cut in half to power the latch - standard MP5 S-AEG mags - I used alot of simple super glue to hold the parts together.
