WD Remix of Titan Aero Mount for Hypercube Evolution
thingiverse
This was a remix I did on helicopterguru's setup. First, I cleared the area where the adjustment knob goes. I added the second endstop mount and routing for the wiring, along with adding permanent JST connectors. All of my wiring is designed to unplug and swap out different extruder setups. I also modified the touch sensor mount because I don't have a sensor at the moment. Instead, I made it a cable guide. The cable guide on top could be improved; if I reprint this part, I'll design it with a slightly taller tower to ensure my cables don't droop and get in the way during movement. I also use a rubber band around it to keep the cables from wiggling during print. A clamping design might work better. For the ducting, I added some internal chamfers to improve printing without supports. I updated this remix with the newest version I created. I'm about to abandon it for something newer, though. The updates include JST connector slots, internal wire routing, external clips for non-wired components, cable drag chain mounts, and BL touch and thermistor input auxiliary ports on the BL touch mount. This remix required a lot of supports and tedious internal wiring. I'm leaving it here, but the work involved is too much to use again in my opinion. I printed it in ABS, which always comes out a bit sloppy for me compared to PLA.
