Fan cooler adaptor base for the Western Digital "My Cloud Ex2 Ultra". Smart HDD temp indicator (without fan cooler powered): 52°C Smart HDD temp indicator (with fan cooler powered): 30~35°C Description: Fan height 15mm I designed a cooling system for Nas, using an 80mm silent fan, with bottom air intake and air vents around the bracket. There is a 5mm air duct between the fan and Nas, and the air duct has 3mm pillars at the four corners, which allows the bottom of Nas to receive cool air from all directions. Nas is directly placed into the cooling base to maintain stability and ensure air duct sealing. The bottom of the cooling system has wire columns for easy storage of the fan's power cord. The fan uses a silent fan, and the four corners of the fan slot have screw fixing holes. Since the designed fan is installed from the top and has a tight size, there is no need to use screws for fixing after installation. The fan uses USB power and can be directly powered from the USB port on the back panel of My Cloud Ex2. The uploaded stl file is the final improved version." Supplementary note: For the version v7 file, because the height of the cabinet is subtracted from the bottom of the original design by 5mm, the temperature of the hard disk only drops to 41°C during actual use. If you download the v7 file, please download the 5mm attachment. The v13 file is a complete updated version file, and the hard disk temperature can drop to 30~35°C.
