My brother and I frequently send hard drives back and forth via the postal service to exchange photos and other files. Recently his hard drive was damaged during postage handling. This enclosure will protect his new hard drive. Inside measurements are 22 x 83 x 108 mm. Outside dimensions are 51 x 108 x 125 mm. All thicknesses in this model are 1.2mm thick. I printed it with zero infill and a print width of 0.6mm to make the process fast. Printed in PLA at 220 degrees Celsius for great layer adhesion. My own print quality settings were fast but not very aesthetically pleasing, as you can see. I designed built-in support for the inner part, which is easy to break off. I hope this design will be useful or inspire you to create something new.
