I needed a low-profile PCI bracket for my GIGABYTE WBAX200 Wi-Fi card, so I remixed one from rasarmg and added the needed aerial holes and screw locations to mount it successfully. After a few attempts I got one that fits very well. I also included the SLDPRT file, if anyone wants to modify it!
