this is an accordian style mini lathe ways cover.it is designed to be 1mm thick and uses flexible filament.I am using a 1mm nozzle and cura's spiralize outer contour mode for a flawless print in a very short time.I hold mine on with magnets and with the height of the bellows being 1", it is able to expand and retract with out problems along the full slide of my 7x14 lathe.for safety, i recommend making some screw plates to secure it.also, i left one of the baffles extra long. that is where you cut it in the middle so that you have good options for securing it to the hard metal of the headstock and carriage.to make it wider for a bigger lathe. just scale the z.
