Easy 3D Print Halloween Costume: Wayne's World. Print and glue to your hat, and get ready for Party Time! - Excellent! For the hat, use the waynes-world-logo-hat-logo.stl file. This is a carefully hand-traced Waynes Word logo. The globe's geometry is slightly tricky. The lower half of the lines on the globe are a 3D-to-2D projection. The top part of the globe where the lines intersect was too small to print on my printer, so I artificially thickened them - poorly. The blender file is in great shape. The layers 00, 01, ..12 are the letters in order. You can add or remove the bottom bars as you like using boolean operations. Print Settings Rafts: No Rafts Supports: No Supports Resolution: 0.2mm Resolution Infill: 100% Infill Notes: I printed this with a 0.2mm layer height and a Z height of 0.8 mm, which will result in four layers. The print size is perfect for a standard snap-back black hat like Wayne wears in the movie. Post-Printing HotGlue to hat Caution: Hot Glue is extremely hot - be ready to avoid burns when attaching this. It's thin enough to bend easily onto any hat, even a floppy one. I glued it in the center and worked my way out. WARNING: If you have a high temp hot glue gun, use very little glue, as it was melting and warping the logo for me.
