To preserve Indonesia's unique culture, like the traditional art of wayang, which is mostly developed in Java and recognized by UNESCO, efforts are being made in Yogyakarta, a popular tourist destination with 3 million visitors yearly. These tourists often buy keychains as souvenirs. Capitalizing on this, the idea is to create wayang-themed keychains featuring Hanoman and Punokawan characters from the Ramayana story. A survey revealed that 37.5% of respondents liked Ramayana while 15.4% preferred Punokawan. These intricate designs demand high-quality production, which can be achieved through polyjet printing method, surpassing other techniques due to wayang's detailed design. The prototype has been created using a Stratasys 3D Object printer at UAJY, where industrial engineering is studied. This keychain could either be used directly or serve as a mold for mass-producing metal keychains.
