Waxing Profile
cults3d
This is a Waxing Profile for Cross-Country Ski Models of All Kinds. Just lay down your ski on the profile, secure it firmly with the vice, and get started with your work right away. Each pillow block comes equipped with a guide bar, allowing you to adjust the length by simply loosening the fixing screws. To print this waxing profile, you will need: The Vice: 1 x bolt for the vice 1 x crank for the vice 1 x fixed jaw for the vice 1 x moving jaw for the vice Pillow Blocks: 1 x pillow block 1 1 x pillow block 2 1 x pillow block 3 Accessories: 5 x M6 fixing screws 3 x guide bars 5 x T-Nuts, size M6 This waxing profile took approximately 100 hours to print and required about 1.7 kg of filament. It was printed using a Creality CR-10 printer. I highly recommend adding a rubber mat to the seating areas (pillow blocks and vice jaws) to ensure a secure hold. There is also a "sample" folder included, which contains four STL files. Printing these files will help you verify that the M6 and M10 threads work properly with your printer. If you encounter any issues with printing the waxing profile on your machine, please don't hesitate to send me a message. I'll be happy to provide alternative thread options or modify the waxing profile to suit your specific needs.
