A wave spring, often referred to as a coiled wave spring or scrowave spring, is produced using pre-hardened flat wire in an on-edge coiling technique (also called edge-winding). In this method, waves are incorporated for its spring functionality. The force strength and specifications can be fulfilled by adjusting the turns and waves count.
