Waveshare 7in QLED Hinged Case

Hinged enclosure for 7" Waveshare QLED monitor. This *may* work with other 7" models, but I cannot guarantee that. Some parts that differ between types, like the ribbon cables, are easy to damage if not accounted for. I FDM print the top and bottom parts in ASA. The bumpers and buttons are TPU. The latter must be a flexible material or pressing one may also press others. Alternatively that part can be left out and the buttons accessed through the holes. The top and the bumpers come in two versions, in one of which the nuts are enclosed within the part, requiring the print to be paused and the nuts inserted. Otherwise the open/slotted versions can be used. The hardware required: 11x square M3 nuts, 9x M3x18mm countersunk screws, 2x M3x14mm countersunk screws. Friction hinges are McMaster #1791A44, mounted with 4x 8-32 nutserts #95117A444. Other hinges may require modification of the bottom part, or the hinges and bumpers can be left out. The bottom part has channels to hold one HDMI cable and one mini USB in the touch+power slot. There are two loops next to the cable slot for a zip-tie to restrain the cables (I also use tekflex and some hot glue at the port to keep everything from moving.
