Two innovative designs for a support removal basket to fit snugly within the Stratasys Wave Wash kettle have been crafted. Design A - The Classic Approach The original design is encapsulated in two STL files: WaveWash55_Basket.STL and WaveWash55_Basket_Handle.STL. Although printing this entire assembly would be feasible, it would compromise the overall compactness of the basket, making it a tad too large to fit comfortably within the kettle. Design B - The Optimized Solution This streamlined design takes a different approach by breaking down into flat pieces that easily snap together. To ensure stability and security, tywraps are used to tie everything in place. As an added benefit, this optimized basket is smaller than its predecessor, making it a perfect fit for the Wave Wash kettle. The STL files for this model include WaveWashBasketFlat-90-ASide.STL, WaveWashBasketFlat-90-BSide.STL, and WaveWashBasketFlat-90-Base.STL.
