"Wave" a Wall of Style. I set out to create something entirely new with the Wave hanger. At first glance, it might look like just another hook, but as you can see in this picture below, my intention was for "Wave" to evoke emotions - a fusion of form and function. By integrating these principles into one device, the outcome is greater than its individual components, an example that sometimes simplicity truly wins. I started with sketches that would help guide my creation. Initially simple concepts morphed over time, reflecting changes as they took shape under various iterations. Eventually I narrowed down options until finding just what I needed for a functional design: functionality that seamlessly transitions from hook to hanger. With no need to explain it, one could see at a glance where everything came together - my end product now defined not only what others called art but had truly captured beauty too.
