Wave staple tool for welding plastic
thingiverse
Here is a simple tool to make staples for welding plastics easily. To get started, you'll need to print out the .stl file, which should be available online, along with four M3 screws and some metal wire (specifically designed for 1mm wire). Follow these steps: insert the wire into the hole of the printed piece and bend it according to the arrangement of the screws until you reach the end with a recess. To bend the second pin downwards, I recommend using needle-nose pliers. You can use these staples with a hot stapler or by heating them up with a torch and then tightening them with pliers, just like I do. In the future, I plan to upload more tools that will allow you to create different shapes apart from the wave staples.
With this file you will be able to print Wave staple tool for welding plastic with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Wave staple tool for welding plastic.
