For the wonderful "Wave lamp for the holidays" a foot has space for a Wemos D1 Mini. On the Wemos, McLightning is running. Instructions and download can be found here: https://github.com/FabLab-Luenen/McLighting. In the hole (d = 24.2mm), I glued in a metal tube with an LED strip on it.
