Goaty McGoatison sets his jaw with a fierce determination as he grasps the large metal door in front of him. He pulls the handle with a loud grunt, and the door swings freely open with ease. As he gazes into the dark abyss that is his refrigerator, he thoughtfully considers what to eat next. If he chooses the Boar Flank Sandwich, proceed immediately to [1C]. If he selects the Banana Split Burger instead, proceed directly to [1B]. However, if Goaty McGoatison decides to slam the door shut and devour himself on the spot, then the story comes to an abrupt end. Allow me to introduce Watt the Half Truffle, sidekick to the renowned Goaty McGoatison from our Choose Your Own Adventure game that some friends and I have been working on. I decided to incorporate a portion of this story into my D&D campaign, so I created an exceptional mini representing a half-truffle, half-otter (with a hint of robot in the future), and all-around awesome guy - Watt McTruffles!
