To assemble it, you should not need any kind of adhesive. Simply use two bearing 626-2RS - 6x19x6mm and a 30cm long or more M6 threaded rod. Next, place it on a calm river or one that is turbulent and position it on top of rocks. The wheel must be tangent to the water's surface for smooth operation. This device measures Ø290mm.
