Remix of the EQ-1 headphone, designed to snugly fit over 55mm, 32ohm speakers with watertight earmuffs. Print as needed; I printed these using Taulman Bridge 3 shells at a 35% infill rate, with three top layers and three bottom layers. The key to achieving a watertight seal is the use of three bottom layers for the earmuff caps – this ensures a secure fit that still allows clear sound from the speaker. My motivation for creating this remix was to develop waterproof headphones suitable for my metal detector.
