Watertight fix

The Repetier/Slicer was spewing out warnings that it wasn't fully sealed, consistently hacking him off with a fresh cut to the crown. In an attempt to find some answers, he piped his prints through a debugging program, and since this process could potentially benefit others who might stumble upon the same problem, I'm relaying the steps here in hopes they prove enlightening for you.
