Watertight electrical connector

I originally created this to link together two cables severed by the lawnmower :-) I figured someone else might find it useful too. Essentially, a compact box with a self-closing lid that's filled with silicone sealant is what I came up with. Please note, however, that I disclaim any liability for injury or other potential issues related to this object. In my case, I made two of these and they work flawlessly. Silicone serves as a cable insulator in this setup, and since the cables are on low voltage (24V), everything seems fine so far.
