Waterpump
cults3d
I built this pump for my home heating system, using components sourced directly from the heater itself and its exhaust. A small amount of kondensate forms and simply drops into a tiny reservoir where I place the pump. When the level of kondensate reaches a certain threshold, the float activates a motor switch, turning on the motor and pumping out the water. To build this pump, you'll need a 550-size electric motor, an 8mm shaft, a 22x8mm ball bearing, a cherry DB2 switch, a 3mm threaded shaft, and a seal to complete it. By bending the 3mm threaded wire, you can adjust the switching point to suit your needs.
