<p>This is a waterproof housing for the <a href="http://www.forumslader.de/aheadlader-v6/">forumslader (ahead version)</a>, a device to charge your Phone with the hub dynamo of your bike in a very efficient way. It can be mounted under the top tube of your bike with zipties. There is also an app to connect with bluetooth to use as tachometer and to display charging power etc. Thanks to the guys from forumslader.de for such an awesome device!</p><p>The freecad files are attached, you need <a href="https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-Bundle/releases/tag/weekly-builds">version 0.20 (currently in weekly builds)</a>. The cap is the same for all versions.<br>There are holes for the temperature sensor, the LED, push button, 12V output, the 5V USB output and the dynamo input which have to be sealed with hot glue or epoxy after everything is in place. There is also a cutout for a bolt mount, which happens to be on my bike frame.</p><ul><li>Use ASA-Filament for UV resistance.</li><li>2mm Layer height, 4 perimeters, 40% infill</li><li>print vertically with bolt mounts at the top (orientation of the stl files is already correct)</li><li>no supports needed</li></ul>
