Waterproof fire starter

Waterproof fire starter capsule designed with convenience in mind. On one side, there's a secure spot to stash your lighter (the prototype uses a BIC model but works with many others). The other end is where you'll store matches or a dry fire starter - whatever suits your needs. Both ends are sealed tight with a durable rubber or silicone O-ring measuring 29 x 1.5 mm in diameter. The cap on the lighter side features a handy hook for securing a rope if needed. When sealing the capsule, keep in mind that if you plan to store an alcohol-soaked material in the fire starter compartment, choose a material that won't dissolve like PLA. When properly sealed, the entire capsule remains buoyant and will not sink.
