watermeter proximity sensor holder for V200 / TL-W4MC1
thingiverse
The horizontal position of the sensor in the holder in the original design turned out to be fine. Reasons to remix / adapt: - To improve the sensitivity of the proximity sensor TL-W5MC1 I have removed nearly the complete plastic cover of the sensor. To position this adapted sensor directly on the V200 watermeter surface a small part of the holder has been removed in the design. - For the same reason the cable groove has been enlarged - To be able to read the complete output of the watermeter after placement of the holder a rectangular part has been taken out of the original design. This is especially important in the test phase. One of the images shows the reflection of the red LED when the sensor detects the special spot on the "liter wheel" of the V200 water meter (in a dark environment). When water is tapped this reflection should be on and off in a nice duty cycle per liter water.
